Payments

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Amtrak Train Tickets
Cancellation Window:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the departure date are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure are not eligible for a refund.

Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Private Train Tours
Cancellation Window:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the tour start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the tour start date will receive a 70% refund of the tour price.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date are not eligible for a refund.

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer options for rescheduling or refunds according to the nature of the situation.
Non-Refundable Fees
